Since joining The Horton Group in 1990, Michelle Strauss has become an industry expert in multiple trade groups.

Michelle recognizes that her clients place a lot of trust in her, which is why she finds specialization so important. “By focusing on clients in trade groups, I am able to really understand their unique needs. I am also able to monitor current issues and coverages, which in turn helps me provide the best advice to clients,” said Michelle.

When asked about her priorities, Michelle said, “It is extremely important that I understand each client’s unique exposures and know how to best respond. In addition to her own hard work, Michelle attributes her success to her support team. She said, “Our division staff of 10 is always available to answer calls quickly, provide daily service and rapid turnaround times.
