The Horton Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom DeMichael to Director of Property & Casualty Operations.
Tom has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. During his career, Tom has held several operations positions with Marsh, Willis and AON. While at Marsh, Tom was the General Operations Manager for U.S. Policy Operations, where he designed and managed a unit that was responsible for quality assurance and policy checking for the entire country. While Tom was at Willis, he was the International Practice Manager where he managed a department that was responsible for reverse flow business. Tom also has experience as a Casualty Placement team leader and several years as a Casualty Marketing Specialist.
