GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for coordinating and implementing all aspects of employee relations, evaluates & audits employee benefit programs and develops company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Audits agency benefit programs on billing. Handles payroll deductions and update records as needed for benefits.
  • Responsible for submitting payroll changes as it pertains to employee salary, information changes and deductions.
  • Administer 401(k) payroll deductions, HIA 3%, loan processing, mandatory distributions, rollovers, withdrawals and coordinate distribution of 401(k) quarterly statements.
  • Organize with Director of Operations the Intern program.
  • Coordinate manager/supervisor interview process. Check references and negotiate salary requirements and start dates.
  • Develop procedures for performance improvement plans, terminations, and harassment issues
  • Responsible for update of company policies, handbooks, and job descriptions
  • HR compliance postings and reporting EEO-1
  • Create, distribute and analyze Employee Survey
  • Responsible for all employee relation issues
  • Conduct employee meetings to communicate HR changes or education seminars

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Summary

The Marketing Account Executive will develop a command of all benefits with an emphasis on group health, fully insured and partial self-funded benefit plans. This position will serve as a resource to the producer in identifying appropriate carriers and oversee the marketing process for accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Monitor marketing process and revise whenever appropriate for most efficient system through continuous improvement efforts

Assist Producer in selecting competitive carriers to receive new business and re-market applications

Stay informed as to market availability, competitive markets used by others, and continuously expand knowledge of markets

Timely follow up for quotes and preparation of spreadsheet proposals

Prepare spreadsheet and promotional material on new accounts

Develop and manage agency relationships with carriers, clients and underwriters.

Be capable of handling advanced client, producer, and insurer service requests while maintaining a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with customers, agency, and company personnel
