Frank Poppie is a senior vice president with The Horton Group in the Horton Risk Management Services division in Orland Park. This division includes all insurance, risk management, and risk financing alternatives that pertain to commercial property and casualty. He is responsible for new account development and providing a high level of service to existing clients.
An owner since 1982, Frank specializes in transportation and construction accounts, concentrating exclusively on production responsibilities.
After graduating from Illinois State University with a bachelors in economics and accounting, Frank attended law school and was employed by a Fortune 500 company analyzing financial viability of new business ventures. Prior to joining The Horton Group, Frank was a controller for a large construction company.
