Senior Vice President - Horton Risk Management Services
Mike Gleason is a vice president with The Horton Group in the Horton Risk Management Services division in Orland Park. He is responsible for new account development, program design, coverage placement, and coordination and monitoring of risk management services. He specializes in large manufacturing, large municipalities, food processors, bakeries, wholesale distributors, transportation, and construction accounts.
Mike has more than twenty-five years experience in the insurance industry. Since joining with The Horton Group, Mike has become involved in several areas including selfinsurance programs and captive insurance and international placements, both of which require Horton's in-house claim advocacy, safety/engineering, and paralegal services.
Prior to joining the Horton Group, Mike spent the majority of his career in the areas of marketing and placement of large accounts on a retail basis.
Mike has a bachelor of science in business and marketing from Northern Illinois University. Mike resides in Naperville with his wife and two daughters.
