Senior Sales Executive - Horton Benefit Services
Manny Koloffon is a Senior Sales Executive with The Horton Group in the Benefits
Express Division in Orland Park. Manny is responsible for the insurance program
administration and servicing for clients, including plan implementation and enrollment
and benefit communication efforts. Manny provides group health, dental, life, short
and long-term disability insurance for groups from 2 to 25 employees. He also handles
individual, health, life, dental, disability and supplemental insurance (AFLAC), as well
as voluntary benefits. Manny has a primary role in bilingual presentations, meetings
and employee enrollments.
Manny has been with The Horton Group since 1998. Prior to joining Horton,
Manny worked at Prudential for 20 years and was employed at the Mexican
Government Tourism Department. He graduated from high school in Mexico City
and attended Business Administration classes at the University of Mexico.
Manny and his wife reside in Bridgeview and have two children and four grandchildren.
He enjoys soccer, walking, outdoor sports and coaching and officiating high
school soccer.
