Paul Bondar
Sales Executive - Horton Risk Management Services
Paul Bondar is a sales executive with The Horton Group in the Risk Management
Services Division in Chicago. Paul partners in finding insurance solutions for commercial
operations while also leading Horton's regional property casualty solutions for
municipal organizations, which today serves nearly 1,000 municipal clients. Prior to
joining Horton, Paul's career was in city management serving Marquette, Michigan.
As an insurance professional, he understands your risk management needs translate
into better protection, reduced costs and overall superior service and performance.
Paul likes to work with organizations that have unique and difficult exposures and
therefore have challenges finding proper coverage. Horton wishes to not only place
and provide appropriate insurance coverage to protect your organization; it also exists
to give advice and information to ensure you have the baseline of knowledge needed
to be able to determine the best path of risk management and insurance after options
have been explained.
A graduate of Northern Michigan University and former All-American football player,
Paul holds a Masters Degree in public administration (MPA). He is currently pursuing
his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, which is one
of the highest educational achievements in the insurance business.
