Paul Shaheen
Vice President RHU, REBC - Horton Benefit Services
Paul Shaheen is a Vice President with The Horton Group in the Horton Benefit
Services Division in Orland Park. Paul joined the agency in 1991. With a concentration
on the legal industry, he specializes in providing employee benefits and employee
benefit communication tools to groups from 2 to 300 lives. He serves as a member
on a number of Horton's key carrier advisory boards.
Paul studied Economics and Communication at the University of Michigan and
has continued his insurance education by obtaining both the Registered Health
Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC)
designations.
Paul and his family are actively involved with their church and community. He is also
devoted to amateur hockey as both a print journalist and radio broadcaster. Paul and
his wife, Kathy, have three children: Helena, Jenna and Elisa.
