Rich Kauzlarich
Vice President RHU, LUTCF - Horton Benefit Services
Rich Kauzlarich is a Vice President with The Horton Group, in the Horton Benefit
Services Division in Orland Park. This division provides employee benefit programs,
as well as individual life and health insurance. He is responsible for new account
development and ensuring that current clients receive the high level of customer
service they have come to expect from The Horton Group.
Rich is an employee benefit specialist who services more than 200 companies in the
group health, life, dental, disability, and pension areas. Rich has been associated with
The Horton Group since 1994. He has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance
industry and has earned the respect of his clients by giving outstanding service.
Rich is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a degree in marketing. He has
continued his professional education by earning the LUTCF and RHU designations.
Rich and his wife, Terry, have three children: Kristy, Tony and Kelly.
