Rick Klein
Vice President RIA - Horton Benefit Services

Rick Klein serves as Vice President in the Benefit Services Division at The Horton Group in Orland Park. He is responsible for new account development and ensuring that the Horton mission of providing employee benefit solutions that control costs, add value and improve heath and productivity is delivered.

Rick has been in the financial service and employee benefit industry for more than 20 years. As an owner of the agency he has had several management responsibilities at Horton, including President of the Benefits Services Division and Director of the supplemental insurance and enrollment subsidiary, BearPaw Benefits. He is a graduate of Brother Rice High School in Chicago and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in American Politics from Princeton University in 1982. Rick also holds a Masters of Management degree from the Kellogg School.

In his spare time, Rick serves on the Finance and Development Councils of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Orland Park. He also sits on the Economic Development and Logistics Committees of the Southland Chamber of Commerce and is Vice Chairman of its Political Action Committee. Rick is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.

Rick lives in Orland park with his wife Tami and their three children: Ricky, Cali and Jacob.
