Dale W. Carnell serves as a Vice President for The Horton Benefit Services Division in
Waukesha. During his more than 35 years in the insurance industry, Dale has expertise
in a wide range of group insurance, qualified and non-qualified fringe benefits and
estate planning. Dale handles the marketing and servicing of all life, health, group
and employee benefits for his clients.
Prior to joining Horton, Dale was president and co-owner of an employee benefits
agency in Marquette, Michigan and was a general agent with a large life insurance
company in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Dale received his Bachelor's Degree in History and Economics from the University
of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1966. In 1984, he earned his Chartered Life Underwriter
(CLU) designation. He has attended many advanced benefit seminars and is pursuing
his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. Dale is a member of
the Greater Milwaukee Employee Benefits Council, Life Underwriters Association,
National Association of Life Underwriters and the Wisconsin Association of Health
Underwriters.
