Dino Distasio is a Sales Executive for Horton’s Risk Advisory Solutions. In this role, Dino is responsible for providing Horton clients with comprehensive, cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet their most complex, risk-related challenges.
Prior to joining Horton, Dino worked with property management companies and employers of all sizes in downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburbs with challenging and complicated needs.
“I learned that listening is the single most important skill to be successful. The intricacies of a risk management program require me to be an expert at listening to our clients and promoting a dialogue that allows each client to leverage Horton’s resources, while meeting their specific needs,” says Dino.
Dino will be drawing on his background includes experience to bring a unique perspective to his clients. “Great customer service starts with doing everything possible to understand a client’s business,” said Dino.
“I do whatever it takes to meet my clients’ needs – and that includes anticipating needs they don’t even know they have.” Dino sees a difference in how today’s clients approach buying insurance.
Dino attended Governors State University in University Park, Illinois where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations. Dino’s hometown is Frankfort, Illinois and he currently lives in Chicago. In his time away from work, Dino enjoys playing golf and other sports.
