For Dylan, the safety of his clients’ employees is priority one.
“My job is to ensure that employees go home safely at the end of each work day,” said Dylan. “That’s my number one goal.”
Dylan believes that improving workplace safety begins with building strong relationships with clients. Establishing trust with clients leads to better communication around important safety issues. For Dylan, the key to developing strong relationships is providing outstanding customer service.
“At Horton, we are committed to providing clients with an extremely high level of support,” said Dylan. “We are particularly knowledgeable about helping companies with limited resources achieve their safety goals.”
