Jack Sukup's diligent work ethic and superior customer service have been unwavering since he first started in the insurance industry in 1974. He currently serves as a Producer for The Horton Group, actively seeking to generate new business. He has experience in Property and Casualty and his current focus is in commercial insurance.
For Sukup, his work is a disciplined process resulting in consistent service for his clients. Sukup recognizes the market cycles and addresses clients' needs based on the ever-changing environment. "Having been in this business for as long as I have, I've experienced both the hard market cycles where premium rates move upward and soft market rates. We are at the doorstep of another cycle, and it's my job to monitor how it evolves and translate what it means for my clients." Sukup takes a proactive approach to servicing his clients. The result is a loyal customer base that even competitors recognize. Customers specifically call on Sukup with issues that need to be resolved because he gets the job done. "I have been in South Bend a long time, and the most rewarding part of my job is working with customers every day."
Sukup was born in Gary, Indiana and raised in East Chicago, Indiana. He is married with four children and eight grandchildren. He is an active athlete having played football at the University of Alabama. He enjoys reading, golfing and spending time with his family in St. Joseph, Michigan during the Summer.
