Lynn provides customer service that Horton clients have come to expect. “For many, it is the first time they have ever received a thorough evaluation of their current personal insurance protection, finding ‘gaps' in coverage and ‘caps' in protection,” she explained. “I find many families insuring their homes and vehicles with the same limits they had when they began building their wealth.”
“It is very important for individuals to understand that a policy purchased years ago may no longer be suitable,” Lynn continued. “This is especially true for successful individuals with growing assets.”
When asked what the most important part of her job was, Lynn replied, “I want my clients to understand that all policies do not provide equal coverage. Homeowner's don't fully understand the importance of insurance to value and protecting their assets. My responsibility is to educate them on this. I pride myself on providing my customers with the best possible insurance coverage at a competitive price, along with the quality advocacy they deserve.”
Lynn remains very positive when asked what her short and long-term goals are at The Horton group. “I want to keep doing what I enjoy,” she said, which perfectly explains why she has been helping others in the insurance industry for so long.
