Michael notes that the insurance industry continues to be subjected to profound change through regulatory initiatives, increased globalization, and technological efficiencies. This generally translates into business disruptions in the eyes of clients and requires innovative strategies for employers. For Michael, developing strategies that are successful for clients starts with gaining a deep understanding of their needs.
“Delivering Horton’s proven value proposition requires an intimate understanding of employers’ needs and the specialized talent to meet those needs,” said Michael. “My goal is to leverage my experience along with a proven analytical foundation to serve as a trusted benefits advisor.”
