Back to Work Employee Wellness Plan
How to Safely Reopen Your Doors
Many employers are looking for support and resources as to how to reopen their doors post COVID-19 safely. Partner with the Horton Safety and Wellness Consulting team for onsite and digital resources to help support your employee’s physical and mental wellbeing while ensuring a safe environment.
- Emotional Readiness Survey: As employers consider reopening their doors, many leaders wonder if enough has been done to ease the concerns of their employees. Horton’s six questions emotional readiness survey will provide you with employee insight and an idea of what they are looking for to feel secure coming back to work. The Horton Wellness Team will create a personalized electronic survey to email your staff and provide an executive summary of the results and recommendations.
- EAP Review: Social anxiety is the new buzz word in the wellness space. Social anxiety relates to the feelings of stress or uncertainty within a social environment, which normally would not be experienced. Public transportation, grocery stores, or a crowded meeting are all examples of where social anxiety could be experienced due to COVID-19. The Horton Wellness Team will review your current EAP model and advise on ways to maximize its services. If needed, the team can also request a proposal if an EAP is not currently present in the employer’s benefit offerings.
- Onsite Testing Coordination: New to the wellness market space, trusted biometric screening vendors, are now offering temperature checks, and monitoring FDA approval for antibody testing. The Horton Wellness Team will coordinate onsite logistics for temperature checks and antibody testing (if/when available). Providing onsite temperature checks allows for a third party to assist in managing risk while tracking one of the only quantitative COVID-19 symptoms.
- Ongoing COVID-19 Support: The Wellness Team will continue to support clients during this time by providing educational resources and sharing relevant material.
