Frank Spinelli is Vice President and Director of Affinity Groups & Emerging Markets (AGEM) in the Group Benefits Division at Oswald Companies.  He has over 30 years of experience in management and business ownership.  For well over a decade, Frank has specialized in managing employee benefit programs for thousands of clients in the AGEM book of business at Oswald Companies.  In addition to extensive product and carrier knowledge, his benefits expertise has included the development of integrated health management strategies that include extensive use of consumer-driven plans and innovations like the ICHRA by Oswald platform.

As Oswald Companies has experienced unprecedented growth, Frank has led the AGEM team in achieving operational excellence in the areas of client management systems, process improvement, reporting, recruiting, and financial management.  Frank’s focus is always on ensuring that his team and his AGEM clients come first.

Shawn Lanter / Vice President of Captive Business Development / Berkley Accident and Health

Shawn Lanter is a Vice President of Business Development for Berkley Accident and Health. Shawn graduated from Kansas State University in 1998 and started his employee benefits career with Great West Healthcare that same year. A longtime industry expert, Shawn has more than 20 years of alternative funding sales and management experience in the employee benefits arena. Shawn has been with Berkley Accident and Health for the past six years and oversees new business sales and retention for Berkley’s captive division within the Central part of the United States. He has spoken at numerous industry events over the years, including the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists and multiple Health Underwriter Association events. Shawn lives in Kansas City with his wife of 16 years and three kids.
