Employer Reporting 2020 Update

Benefit and employment-related changes that employers made during 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic may make 1094/1095 employer reporting particularly challenging for some employers this year. There are also four states (including California) and the District of Columbia that now require reporting for employers with employees living in those states. Attend this webinar to make sure you are ready for this year’s employer reporting season.

She has also worked as a legal researcher for Thomson Reuters. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Regan worked as an account manager in a leading Minneapolis area insurance agency, so she understands the issues facing employee benefit consulting firms and agencies.
