The decriminalization and “legalization” of marijuana in other states and the insurgence of CBD oil create difficult and complex employment issues for Wisconsin employers. This presentation will educate Wisconsin employers regarding recent developments in the law, effective management practices to address employees involving marijuana and CBD oil use, and navigating a myriad of legal issues including Wisconsin’s Fair Employment Act, the ADA, the FMLA, drug testing, and other issues. This presentation is an excellent training opportunity for human resources managers and supervisory personnel.
