Ashley L. Orler is a partner with the Chicago law firm Golan Christie Taglia LLP (“GCT”), and focuses her practice in the areas of employment counseling and litigation, and general business litigation. She enjoys working with employers to advise on compliance with employment laws and regulations, and provides a practical perspective to navigating employment issues, especially for businesses with rapidly changing needs.
She has over ten years of experience in drafting policies and procedures, reviewing and negotiating employment contracts and separation agreements, defending against discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, and advising employers on the payment of compensation and employee benefits. Ashley’s clients include non-profit organizations and businesses ranging in size, services, and legal needs.
