No “Repeal or Replace” …Maybe “Repeal or Replace”…Maybe Something Else? What Should the Employer Focus on Now? (Webinar)
Even though the Republicans have managed to push a bill in the House, it is still unclear whether Congress will be able to pass legislation making significant changes to the ACA.
In these uncertain times, employers must continue to administer their benefit plans in compliance with existing ACA rules. However, even in the absence of significant legislative action, regulatory agencies are still likely to make changes to rules that impact employers. This webinar will focus on important ACA compliance requirements still in force, but will also review what is still being proposed in Congress and explain what changes regulators are able to make without congressional action.
