This COBRA webinar presented by Infinisource will discuss how an employer will need to carefully evaluate changes in employment status and how they relate to eligibility for the health plan.

Employers need to be careful to not run afoul of the COBRA law while attempting to take care of their employees and follow state and local directives.  The webinar will review COBRA qualifying events, rights of qualified beneficiaries, COBRA coverage, COBRA timelines, FMLA, and more.


 

DAN TAYLOR

Dan Taylor joined Infinisource in 1996 and currently leads its national sales team of Relationship Managers serving as Vice President of Sales for Benefit Services.

He is well versed in employee benefit administration and compliance issues. In the twenty years that Dan has worked at Infinisource, he has conducted hundreds of compliance training sessions on complex health insurance and human resource issues for both Human Resource and insurance professionals. He is a subject matter expert on COBRA, Account-based Plans (FSAs, HRAs, HSAs), HIPAA Privacy & Security and the Affordable Care Act. He has also written articles for several publications.

With many years of sales experience and extensive product knowledge, Dan also assists in presenting and selling all of the Infinisource solutions including COBRA, FSA, HRA, HSA, POP and ERISA Plan Documents, myHRcounsel, ACA IRS filing services and iSolved Human Capital Management.

A graduate of Western Michigan University, Dan lives in Coldwater, Michigan, with his wife, Sheila and their two children.
