Tony Evans is the Practice Group Leader for Horton’s Public Sector Practice. Tony brings over 30 years of experience in of insurance expertise working with clients to help them implement a more comprehensive approach to risk. He specializes in developing alternative risk programs, helping clients manage large retention programs and implementing the relevant practices and services to reduce client cost, workload and risk together.
