Employee Benefits Expert to Lead Horton’s Expansion into the Minnesota Market
MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota: The Horton Group, one of the largest privately-held insurance brokers in the United States, announced the opening of a new branch in Minneapolis. This will be Horton’s first office in the state of Minnesota, and Erik Hinz will lead the team at this location.
With over 20 years of experience, Hinz most recently worked at Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting as a Senior Vice President and Senior Benefits Consultant in the Minneapolis area. Hinz will bring extensive benefits experience to Horton as he assists the agency’s expansion into a new market in Minnesota. “In a market where the cost of insurance continues to rise for both employers and employees, the Minnesota market is ripe for new, bold, and innovative solutions,” said Hinz.
The Minneapolis branch office will operate as a full-service broker, offering a wide range of insurance and consulting services including employee benefits, property and casualty insurance, and safety consulting.
