Benefit Technology Resources (BTR), Horton’s HR Tech Strategic Provider, is conducting its first-ever HR Technology Survey for small-to-medium (less than 1,000 EEs) organizations. The purpose of this survey is to help understand how small to mid-size employers are utilizing HR technology today.
BTR would like to invite Aurrex Global Partner firms, your clients, and prospects to participate. The findings of this national survey will be showcased in a white paper. In addition, because of the partnership between Assurex and BTR, they will also provide us with an Assurex Global-specific report on the findings from your collective clients and prospects. This can help your teams differentiate themselves in your markets.
The results of this survey will help your firms better understand the types of HR solutions employers are implementing (by size and industry).

Survey Length: 10 minutes, or potentially less, depending on if the client has all HR tech with one vendor or multiple vendors.
Timing of Survey: The survey is open now and will run until November 20, 2020.

Who Can Participate: Clients and prospects. They are targeting mall to mid-size employers (<1,000 EEs), but ALL SIZES are welcome to participate and will be included in the analysis. Please distribute as you see fit.
Is the Survey Anonymous? Yes! However, participants will be asked to identify their Benefits Broker, which allows them to capture responses specific to Assurex global, AND if you want to personally receive a copy of the national white paper, you are able to opt-in and provide your email address, but that is not required.
