David Heaton – Regional Director | MMA Rx Solutions

David Heaton joined MMA Rx Solutions as the Regional Director for the Midwest and St. Louis on February 10, 2025. In his current role, David serves as the primary point of contact for MMA field offices regarding post-sale implementations and ongoing client support related to pharmacy management. He leads client pharmacy market bids, RFPs, and PBM negotiations, presenting results and recommendations to MMA field teams, clients, and prospects. His expertise ensures that clients receive tailored solutions that meet their pharmacy management needs.
With 25 years of experience in pharmacy contracting, David has built a robust career in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining MMA Rx Solutions, he served as the Director of Pharmacy Management for the St. Louis Area Business Health Coalition, where he honed his skills in managing pharmacy programs and negotiating contracts. David holds a Health/Life License in the State of Missouri, further solidifying his qualifications in the field.
David earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Southern Illinois University. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys cycling, watching movies, and exploring the outdoors. A fun fact about David is that he makes his own gin, showcasing his passion for creativity and craftsmanship.
