Our online system allows clients to:
- Make a payment with a credit card or e-check
- Create a login to set up recurring payments
* Charges that are on the payment screen are controlled by the third party, ePayPolicy.
ePayPolicy Security
ePayPolicy doesn’t store any credit card or ACH information. Once a payment has been made, verified, and processed, ePayPolicy then expunges the client data from their system. ePayPolicy is PCI Level 1 compliant which is the highest level of compliance with the Payment Card Industry. They go through an annual audit of their systems and processes to ensure they are doing everything possible to keep your information secure at all times.
