Print

The employment landscape has changed dramatically as a result of the pandemic, affecting the technology we use, the information we share, and even the places we work. Many businesses are familiar with the laws dealing with privacy requirements for their customers. However, in recent years, this focus has expanded to include strict regulations covering the collection, use, and handling of employee data, which can contain much more sensitive information.

In this session, we will cover crucial aspects of the changing data privacy laws that all employers need to know.

Topics covered will include:

  • Regulations governing employee privacy notices & data requests
