Alli is the Director of Wellness on Marsh McLennan Agency’s (MMA) Risk Services team. With a passion for improving the health of companies and their employees, Alli oversees our team of Wellness Consultants
who work closely with our clients to create large-scale corporate well-being programs. After first gaining a solid understanding of a company’s culture, Alli then helps to develop, implement and manage a strategic well-being program tailored to their needs.

 

Nicole Framarin – Clinical Wellness Consultant

Nicole Framarin is a Clinical Wellness Consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA). She is a NCCPA certified Physician Assistant and responsible for bridging the gap between healthcare and business by translating clinical insight into strategic, cost-saving wellness initiatives. Nicole designs tailored wellness programs that align with
each clients’ culture, goals, and workforce needs – integrating initiatives to drive engagement and positive health outcomes. She is dedicated to designing wellness strategies that go beyond surface level engagement and focuses on true effectiveness.

James Tuft is a Vice President for Horton’s Employee Benefit Solutions. In this role, James is responsible for providing expert employee benefits consulting, bringing new clients on board, and servicing and retaining existing clients.
