As a practitioner and management executive (COO and CISO) Mr. Dubrovsky built and led cyber consulting practices in a number of organizations including successfully concluding an acquisition by one of the largest publicly traded global insurance services conglomerates.

Bill has worked on over a thousand data incident/data breach cases along with numerous cases dealing with white-collar crime and enterprise risk management. He has handled all types of ransomware, data extortion, business email compromise, nation-state attacks, malware outbreaks, and insider threats, amongst other items. Many of his cases have been mentioned in The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Forbes, and Krebs on Security, amongst other publications. With a background in finance, operations, and software development, he brings valuable insights to clients from multiple dimensions.

Dominic Paluzzi / McDonald Hopkins / Member; Co-Chair, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity / Bio

Dominic is co-chair of the firm’s national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group. He advises organizations on data privacy and cybersecurity risks on both a national and international basis, including proactive compliance, incident response strategies and management, and defense of regulatory enforcement actions and single-plaintiff and class action litigation. Dominic has counseled clients through over 5,000 data breaches and privacy incidents where he works closely with local, state and federal law enforcement, forensic investigators and third-party cybersecurity vendors to offer his clients efficient and effective breach response services in compliance with the numerous state, federal, international and industry-specific legal obligations. Dominic has significant experience defending organizations in third-party and regulatory enforcement actions arising out of a data breach.

Aaron Turner is a Practice Group Leader in Management Liability for Horton’s Risk Advisory Solutions Division. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Management Liability Practice Group while supporting Horton clients with comprehensive, cost-effective, and innovative solutions to meet their most complex, risk-related challenges and opportunities.
