Julie Lough began her technology career providing technical and end-user support for a Fortune 500 company. With a goal of scaling that technical expertise to the SMB market, she founded Micro Visions, Inc. in 1989. Since then, Julie has overseen the growth of Micro Visions into a team of dedicated network engineers, technology specialists and support staff offering fully managed IT services, consulting and project management, network engineering, disaster prevention and recovery, meeting with client partners to understand their goals, analyze and optimize current operations, identify issues, and strategically plan for future growth.

Jason Crow

MIller Johnson Attorneys / Bio

Jason M. Crow is a member of the firm and is part of Miller Johnson’s Privacy & Cybersecurity and White Collar practice groups in the firm’s Litigation Section.

Mr. Crow has experience advising clients on compliance with a variety of privacy and cybersecurity laws governing private and government organizations, including state privacy and data breach notification laws, HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, Critical Infrastructure Protection Act (CIPA), ITAR/EAR, and the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Mr. Crow advises companies on a broad range of technology-focused agreements, including data protection agreements, IT equipment and services agreements, and website and software application development agreements. He supports the corporate and M&A teams on deals that involve privacy, data security, and technology issues.
