She has also worked as a legal researcher for Thomson Reuters. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Regan worked as an account manager in a leading Minneapolis area insurance agency, so she understands the issues facing employee benefit consulting firms and agencies.

Briana Barnett, J.D., Principal, LumeLight

Briana Barnett, J.D. is a dynamic legal professional specializing in employee benefits compliance. She currently serves as a Compliance Consultant at Lumelight where she provides strategic counsel on several regulatory matters, including ERISA fiduciary responsibility, the ACA, MHPAEA, and related federal mandates. She brings experience from both the private and public sectors, including her prior role as a litigation associate, where she focused on healthcare, appellate, and consumer law. Briana earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was inducted into The Order of Barristers, and her B.A. from Agnes Scott College, magna cum laude.
