Leave 201 – Procedures and Problems
CE Credits: 1.0 HRCI | SHRM 1.0
Leave laws are constantly changing in today’s workplace. We can no longer say “one-size-fits-all” and assume all policies apply to everyone.
Please join us on April 13 at 10 a.m. as we are joined by a familiar face, David Flotten, for the second of our two-part series on leave. This webinar will dive deeper into the intricacies of the ever-changing leave landscape.
In this session, we will discuss:
- Managing Intermittent Leave
- Substantially Equivalent positions and exceptions to restoring employment
- Additional Leave Laws (Including Notices and Paperwork)
We hope to see you there!
