Managing Leave Laws, Accommodations and the Interactive Process

Leave policies and procedures are changing constantly in today’s workplace.  We can no longer say “one-size-fits-all” and assume all policies apply to all our people.

Join us on Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. (Central) as we talk about how to manage the patchwork of conflicting leave laws across the country, even for those employers with the most generous of sick leave policies.

In this session, we will discuss:

  • Making assessments on accommodation and engaging in the interactive process
  • Review your FMLA specific questions
  • Talk about best practices we’re seeing in today’s changing landscape

As with most of our webinars, this one will be fast-paced, and we’ll take questions during the sessions where you can try to ‘stump Jessica’!

We look forward to having you join us!
