Many of us have seen first-hand how the pandemic has affected mental health.

Employee mental health is at an all-time low. Experts say the combination of health concerns and work pressures in the pandemic era caused widespread mental health problems that will reverberate far into the future. Mental health problems disrupt employees’ ability to lead productive lives, making this a top workforce health priority for employers in the post-COVID world.

Everyone has stress in their life, and everyone reacts to it differently at different times, under different circumstances. Implementing a broad-based early intervention program that serves everyone helps employees resolve stress and other challenges before they turn into a more serious mental health disorder.

Join us as we discuss some of the latest mental and behavioral health topics in the workplace. You’ll leave this webinar with great data surrounding market trends, tools and resources available in the marketplace as employers focus on enhancing their current programs.
