This webinar will focus on the first pillar of talent strategy: attracting workers to your organization. We will review the factors that candidates consider when assessing company attractiveness and identify the key elements that make an organization attractive to top talent. We will also discuss the need for companies to proactively “sell” candidates on why they’re an attractive place to work. Finally, we will cover CLAMPS, which are the different preferences and priorities that candidates place on the various aspects of each position.
