Print

‘You never get a second chance to make a first impression’ is a common phrase used to capture the importance of first impressions in interviews; however, most employers fail to realize that this holds true for the employer as much as it does for the candidate being interviewed. In this presentation, attorneys from Michael Best will review interviewing best practices, including a review of federal and state laws that apply in the job posting and interview process, case examples of interview dos and don’ts, and how artificial intelligence is revolutionizing recruitment strategies worldwide.
