PRESENTERS
Nathan Hoff, MD, MPH
Dr. Hoff currently serves as a Chief Resident in the psychiatry residency at The Wright Center in Scranton, PA. He is passionate about mental health and advocacy. Dr. Hoff plans to work with adults in both the inpatient and outpatient setting upon completion of his residency.
His academic achievements include a Doctor of Medicine from Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, a Master of Public Health from The Jefferson College of Population Health at Thomas Jefferson University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the American Medical Association and has held several leadership positions in both organizations. In his free time, Dr. Hoff enjoys staying active through hiking, kayaking, playing soccer, golfing and spending time with his partner and their cat.
Salman Alam, DO
Dr. Salman Alam, DO, is a PGY-3 Psychiatry Resident with a focus on evidence-based mental health care. Although in the early stages of his career, Dr. Alam is committed to a holistic approach that emphasizes the well-being of mind, body, and spirit. His goal is to integrate rigorous academic training with practical clinical experience to offer comprehensive care.
