Amanda Olimb, J.D.Amanda Olimb J.D. is a benefits attorney who specializes in the area of health and welfare plan compliance. Her areas of expertise include ERISA, Section 125, Health Reform, HRS/HSA rules, and more. Prior to joining Benefit Comply, Amanda was a compliance attorney for a national employee benefits consulting firm. Currently she is responsible for answering client compliance questions, providing compliance project consulting, writing compliance alerts, issue briefs and whitepapers, and delivering compliance related training. Amanda received her law degree from Mitchell Hamline College of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was chosen to participate in highly selective Mitchell Hamline Fellows Program. |
Dan Brady, J.D.Dan Brady is a Senior Benefits Compliance Consultant at Benefit Comply, LLC, where he brings extensive expertise in navigating the complexities of employee benefits compliance. Prior to joining Benefit Comply, LLC, he served as a Regulatory and Legislative Specialist at a national insurance brokerage conducting in-depth analyses of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, IRC, COBRA, and other state and federal laws. He also developed and delivered comprehensive training programs to educate HR professionals on compliance best practices. Dan received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and his law degree with a concentration in organizational ethics and compliance from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. |
Delaney George, J.D.Delaney Callahan joined Benefit Comply, LLC in 2021 after her previous position in the third-party administrator field where she researched and assisted in maintaining compliance with §125, COBRA, ERISA, and ACA requirements for health and welfare benefit plans of a wide range of employers. After being introduced to the world of employee benefits compliance, as a Compliance Consultant at Benefit Comply, she provides guidance on regulatory compliance for health and welfare benefit plans to insurance professionals and directly to employers. Ms. Callahan received her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Calvin College. |
