The Horton Group, a leading insurance brokerage, announced an acquisition today of specific assets of Boyle, Flagg and Seaman (BF&S) Insurance located in Illinois and Michigan. As part of the acquisition, BF&S’s Illinois retail operations will now operate under the Horton name and staff will relocate to The Horton Group offices at 10320 Orland Parkway, Orland Park, IL 60467. The locations in Sturgis and Three Rivers Michigan will continue to operate at their current locations as W.E. English Insurance Agency, Inc. Going forward, BF&S will be exclusively focusing on the wholesale side of their business, as they continue to be the exclusive marketing agent for the Illinois Public Risk Fund (IPRF).
