The Horton Group founded our HerHorton community in 2021 to give our women a safe space to talk about the challenges they face in the industry and offer them support. Since then, we’ve grown to approximately 80 members and hold several educational, social and professional development events each year.
We’re honored to have our CFO, Tricia Pucek, as one of our fearless leaders of HerHorton. Tricia is a fierce advocate for women in the insurance industry and always jumps at opportunities to mentor and teach others.
