Adam decided to double-major in Finance and Insurance while at Illinois State University, quickly realizing he enjoyed his insurance course load much more. After graduation, he immediately joined Horton in 2014 as a Client Service Representative for Horton’s Select Team. As Horton would be his first professional job after college, he wasn’t exactly sure what he wanted. Looking back, he’s realized some critical lessons being here for six-and-a-half years.

Adam appreciates that regardless of one’s interests, there are endless opportunities to connect and engage with co-workers outside of regular working hours.
“I used to think “people and culture” was a cliché answer when thinking my favorite part of Horton. However, being here for six-and-a-half years, I realize how many others share this same thought. And I think that is a true testament to how strong our culture is.”
