Adam Zielezinski

Adam Zielezinski is an Assistant Director of Operations for Horton’s Select P&C Division. In this position, Adam is responsible for managing the Division’s day-to-day operations and service staff. He takes pride in his duties, fostering a team culture that empowers members to succeed.

Having been in the insurance industry since 2014, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He prides himself in his empathetic approach to his clients’ challenges, putting compassion at the forefront of each interaction to ensure he understands exactly what his clients need.

“My personal philosophy on customer service revolves around taking an active listening approach to truly understand what issues our clients may be facing,” Adam says. “That allows us to take a personalized and empathetic approach to help resolve whatever those issues or needs may be.”

In addition to client success, Adam finds great fulfillment in seeing his team members progress in their careers and within the company. His dedication to team growth is evident. Adam is originally from the Western Suburbs of Chicago and currently resides in downtown Chicago with his partner and rescue dog. In his free time, he enjoys playing hockey and pickleball and checking out Chicago’s latest restaurant offerings. Adam is also an avid traveler and has visited 28 countries with the hopes of visiting more.
