Andy Hyndman

Andy Hyndman is a Vice President in Marsh Agency’s Property & Casualty division. He is a producer of middle-market business insurance, helping clients navigate complex risk-transfer issues and find better solutions for their coverage needs.

Andy brings nine years of insurance industry experience to Marsh Agency, along with a strong track record of sales leadership and client service. During his career with EPIC Brokers and Hilb Group, he was recognized as a Sales Leader award winner in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2024, and 2025. He is known for his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and availability to clients when they need him most.

“My philosophy on client advocacy and customer service is simple: always be available,” Andy says. “And when it comes to my work, I always do what’s best for the client.”

Andy sees his role at Marsh Agency as an opportunity to help the team grow while continuing to create value for clients. He believes the most rewarding part of the job is helping the team succeed through strong service, thoughtful solutions, and a commitment to doing the right thing.

Andy grew up in Fort Wayne, IN, and enjoys reading, music, playing guitar, and exploring philosophy. He is a proud father of three.
