Caitlyn Salinas

Caitlyn Salinas is a Claims Advocate with Horton’s Consulting Services. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing claim assignments, facilitating claim reviews and working with carriers and TPAs on claims actions, providing assistance to the client on a claims basis.

Caitlyn has been in the insurance industry since 2016, starting her career in the legal department at Liberty Mutual before transitioning into claims. Caitlyn takes pride in her ability to handle complex situations, utilizing her skills to help guide customers through the difficult circumstances that often accompany claims.

“Insurance can be very confusing,” Caitlyn says. “Clients need an advocate who understands the industry and puts their needs first.”

Helping relieve her client’s stress, even if only a little, makes everything worth it to Caitlyn. Caitlyn has been professionally recognized for her efficiency, accuracy, and punctuality in her work. She takes extra measure to ensure her clients are well-informed throughout the process.

Caitlyn lives in Indianapolis with her husband and daughter. She enjoys reading, drinking coffee, participating in outdoor activities and spending time with her family. Caitlyn has been dancing since she was three, with a focus on ballet, tap and jazz, and choreographs dance competition pieces every year.
