Dane Zarate is a Sale Executive for Horton’s Employee Benefit Solutions Division. In this role, he is responsible for providing Horton clients with comprehensive, cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet their most complex, risk-related challenges and opportunities.

Over the past decade, Dane’s professional focus has revolved around providing specialized assistance to mid-market organizations, aligning with their key business objectives and offering effective solutions to address their unique challenges.

Dane often receives compliments on his tenacity, strong work ethic and ability to listen to his clients’ needs and offer tailored recommendations to them. These qualities help him build rapport and establish trust with his team and clients.

Outside of the office, Dane prides himself on being a family man. He is one of seven children (growing up with three brothers and three sisters). Today, he prides himself on being a “girl dad” to four strong, beautiful daughters – five if you include the family dog.
