Deonna Wardlow is an Account Executive for Horton’s Employee Benefits division. She is responsible for providing expert employee benefits consulting, bringing new ideas to clients on board and servicing and retaining existing clients.

Over the past 14 years in the industry, Deonna has gained extensive experience in managing benefit plan design, renewal strategies, compliance, employee communications, and vendor negotiations across various industries. Additionally, her role as a subject matter expert with several major insurance agencies serving mid-market and large accounts has further strengthened her expertise, preparing her well for her current position at Horton.
