Laura Antil

Laura is an Account Manager in the HRAS (Horton Risk Advisory Solutions) division of The Horton Group. She joined Horton in August 2021 following nearly 20 years with her previous employer. She has over 25 years of experience in property and casualty insurance in client management.

As a Divisional Trainer, she is responsible for providing training and development within the HRAS division of the company. She helps employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

As a Client Manager, she plays a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships. She ensures the clients’ needs are met and expectations are exceeded. She works with the Horton Client Service Team to create an insurance program designed for each client based on their needs.

In 1996, Laura became a licensed property and casualty insurance agent. In 2000, she became a licensed life and health insurance agent. Laura earned the designation as a CIC, Certified Insurance Counselor in 2006.

Laura volunteers for the Junior League of Fort Wayne (President 2012-2014), Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer and Big Brothers Big Sisters Northeast Indiana as a Big Sister since 2014. She is on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters Northeast Indiana since 2019 (Vice President 2021-2023).

In 2014, Laura received the Forty Under 40 award that honors 40 individuals under 40 years of age who are making a difference, either on the job or in the community.
