Lauren Osen is a Benefits Consultant for Hortonโ€™s Multiemployer Consulting Solutions Practice. She is responsible for preparing and reviewing financial projections, IBNR calculations, vendor renewals and negotiations, retiree health actuarial valuations and plan change pricing. Laurenโ€™s analytical expertise and attention to detail ensure clients receive accurate, insightful guidance tailored to their unique needs.

With 12 years of experience working with multiemployer clients, Lauren has developed strong analytical and communication skills that directly enhance the quality of her work. Her ability to handle complex projects has earned her positive feedback from peers and clients alike. One of her most memorable experiences in the industry was performing actuarial valuations for a public-sector Fund representing over 300,000 members, a testament to her ability to manage large-scale, impactful work.

Originally from Muskego, Wisconsin, Lauren now resides in Chicagoโ€™s Old Town neighborhood. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams. An avid volleyball player, Lauren also has a deep love for animals, especially her dog, Remy, a black lab mix.
